Iowa State University was doing a complete renovation of the bathrooms in 2 dormitories, Barton & Freeman Halls, each in age excess of 100 years….simultaneously. The Demolition Scope entailed the removal of Slab on Grade, Sawcutting and removal of Interior Brick Walls 16” in depth. The complete removal of all items and finishes in the existing bathrooms.
Schedule was of critical importance. Iowa Demolition had 4 weeks in which to complete the entire scope of Selective Demolition without penalty. We completed it in Less than 3 weeks, under budget.
