ESA provided turnkey asbestos abatement, soils remediation, and demolition for this 16-acre hospital site at the base of the flatirons in Boulder CO. Site had a three-story main hospital building (125,000 SF) and five smaller support buildings. Asbestos removed included fireproofing, boilers, TSI, transit, and floor coverings. We provided the developer with a one stop solution to preparing the site for redevelopment.
