On the Main Level of the Production Area, 3M was needing to completely remove 17,000+ sf of reinforced slab on grade. Also included was the removal of approximately 300 lf of CMU Wall 18’ in height.
On the Mezzanine Level 3M needed an opening in the Floor 30lf x 22lf. This was performed creating a ‘Dance Floor’ underneath the Mezzanine, checkerboard sawcuts and a remote controlled Brokk 90 Demolition Hammer.
Job was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
