This project showcased our expertise in complicated demolition projects involving hazardous materials and particularly demonstrated our ability to offer turnkey services on tough abatement and demolition projects. In 2008, the City of Laramie determined the building to be unsafe and ESA was contracted to construct an all inclusive demolition plan comprising the assessment of the environmental hazards associated with this unique and complicated project. ESA personnel hand dismantled the entire structure in order to prevent the collapse of two adjoining structures. When the structure was brought to the ground, ESA lined, loaded and hauled trucks in order to safely transport the asbestos contaminated debris to a certified disposal facility.
