Earth Services and Abatement (ESA) has thoroughly exceeded the expectations of Meeker School District RE-1 on our current capital construction project. We are in the midst of a $47 million project to replace our bus garage as well as replace and/or renovate portions of Meeker High School. Like many rural school districts, construction projects of this magnitude are rare for the Meeker School District. We knew we would lean heavily on numerous consultants and contractors to provide appropriate direction during this project. Because of the numerous types and quantities of hazardous materials in our facilitates, our school district required an abatement contractor who displayed high levels of integrity, innovative thinking, and initiative. ESA has surpassed all of our expectations.

“ On behalf of the Story Construction team, I’d like to congratulate you for being recognized as an outstanding partner on our addition and renovations project for the Baxter Community School District.

At the conclusion of each project, our team reflects on the work of each of the project partners. You should be proud that your team stood out in supporting our core values -— honest, caring, integrity, hardworking, helpful, and planful. Your team also showed commitment to our Construction Production 2.0 planning system during pre-construction and construction phases, which is an important facet to the success of each of our projects.

Your team completed its scope of work a week ahead of schedule. They were very easy to work with, and with demolition next to an existing school, other changes would occur and the team would take care of them without issue. The plan that Dan Marx contrived for the demolition of the two and three story buildings was exceptional and no damages occurred on the remaining structures. We hope you will share our thanks and appreciation with everyone at Iowa Demolition and let them know we truly value the relationship you’ve built with those on our team.”
