ESA was asked to step in and complete the abatement portion of this multi-million dollar renovation project after the previous contractor failed to meet their contractual obligations. We were very excited to join a first class group of contractors working to return this beautiful old hotel, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998, to its’ former glory. ESA completed abatement of several pipe chases running through the 6th – 12th floors and the attic and removal of various asbestos containing materials throughout the lower levels.
