With a long history of teaming with ECC at the Denver Federal Center, ESA was contracted by ECC/GSA to perform this challenging project involving millions of gallons of contaminated water and over 280,000 yards of contaminated soils. After the removal of soils and water, the site will be an expanded pond, approximately four times the size of the original reservoir. ESA offered the best value to ECC/GSA due to our ability to perform turnkey remediation offerings.
