Kory has been around the Abatement and Demolition business since childhood. He worked his way up from an assistant in the accounting department at ESA, Inc. to Director of Business Development. He has extensive experience building client and sales relationships. Today, Kory is involved in all aspects of ESA, from business development to finance. His leadership has been vital during the past few years of dynamic growth.
Prior to rejoining ESA in 2006, Kory received an excellent education. He studied at Oxford University and Northwestern University and was also awarded the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship. After his studies, Kory worked as the Florida Finance Director on John Kerry's presidential campaign. He also served as statewide finance director on gubernatorial campaigns in Florida and Nevada. He was Senior Advisor on Senator Joe Biden's Presidential campaign, and National Finance Director for Senator Evan Bayh. Today, he continues to be involved politically, serving as Colorado Chair for Generation Obama, a young professionals fundraising group. He also serves on Congressman Mark Udall's Senate Campaign Finance Committee.
