Tom has a record of almost twenty years in the abatement industry and holds credentials as an Asbestos Inspector and Supervisor. At ESA, he is a Senior Project Manager and Estimator.His broad experience encompasses projects of all sizes, in numerous US states and in a variety of conditions.
 
Having begun his career as a laborer in the field and working his way up to management, Tom has exceptional insight into the specifics of project management, planning and troubleshooting. With an expansive background in positions of responsibility, Tom draws upon his history of extensive real-world application for his work with ESA Inc.
 
Tom's Experience
 
Sibley High School- St. Paul MN. $3.3 million
Tom oversaw the interior demolition below and above ceiling including full abatement of spray-on fireproofing.

Marshall Field’s- Flint, MI $4.0 million
As the Project Manager for this job, Tom supervised interior demolition and abatement of asbestos materials in the occupied building.

First Federal Building- Detroit, MI $3.2 million
As Project Manager, Tom oversaw the abatement and selective demolition of the occupied building.
