Kristian has worked in the Construction, Demolition, and Abatement industries for over ten years. As ESA’s Director of Operations, he is instrumental on all projects ESA undertakes. Like his father, Kristian is well known for taking a “hands on” approach to his work, visiting most jobsites on a daily basis.
 
Since 2001, Kristian has overseen materials, manpower, disposal and scheduling of numerous high-profile jobs in the Colorado area. His considerable expertise and professionalism has cemented ESA’s reputation as a highly innovative and efficient full-service company. Working directly with contractors and clients, Kristian has forged enduring relationships between ESA and such organizations as Union Pacific Railroad, URS Corp, Ameritas Insurance, Omaha Public Power District, the City and County of Denver, and JACOBS.
 
Kristian's Experience
 
Stapleton International Airport Redevelopment (2006-2008): Over $15 million - ongoing
Highlighting ESA’s large-scale capabilities for soil remediation, asbestos abatement, demolition and hazardous materials management. Kristian is responsible for the unique project design at Stapleton. With his team, he has managed this project from its start.


Auraria Science Center, the University of Colorado (2008): $1.8 million Showcased ESA’s capacity to safely remove and transport nearly 40,000 cubic yards of contaminated soil in less than 6 weeks, while working in the heart of downtown Denver.

Community College of Aurora at Lowry (2008): $900,000
ESA safely excavated contaminated soil in the crawlspaces of the former Lowry Airforce buildings. The company was also contracted to abate all asbestos and demolished the buildings, recycling a considerable amount of the structures.
