Curtis W. Creager started with ESA, Inc. in August, 2006. He brings over thirty years of work experience in the construction industry. He started in 1971 as a heavy equipment operator and later became Vice President/Co-Owner and Operations Manager of a well known Colorado Demolition, Excavation, and Remediation firm. His broad expertise extends to every aspect of operations as well as to the level of management. At ESA, Curt is responsible for the entire demolition division, including all personnel and equipment.

The first privately funded CERCLA remedial action in the State of Colorado. Contaminated mill tailings were excavated and hauled 40 miles one-way to an approved disposal site.Contract Value - $1,460,000 United Airlines – Stapleton International Airport – Denver, CO After closing of Stapleton International Airport, United Airlines was obligated to decommission their aircraft fueling facility which included the bulk fuel storage tank farm, two pumping stations, underground fuel distribution piping and the aircraft hydrant system. Contract Value - $1,150,500 Montgomery Ward Warehouse Demolition - Denver, CO Complete interior demolition of 7 floors of the former cast in place Montgomery Ward Warehouse located in Denver, Colorado was imploded. Contract Value - $950,000 Phelps Dodge Corp. – Amax R and D Facility - Golden, CO Project management of demolition of seven buildings, asbestos abatement, and radiation contaminated soil restoration.
