Project:  Decontaminate for transformer oil tanks, install ladder system and chemically extract PCB’s from one 10,000 gallon tank and three Non-PCB tanks.  Level “B” containment with supplied air and Confined Space protocols, including self permitting and constant atmosphere monitoring.  Final Clearance samples were taken per the EPA’s PCB debris guidelines and proved that the chemical extraction process worked.
