“I am pleased to recommend ESA for any project that involves demolition, abatement and remediation. ESA has never failed to equip, man, bond, insure and complete each and every project they have performed for me.”
Gregory A. Holt, City and County of Denver
Using our own fleet of heavy equipment, ESA self-performs all aspects of demolition, with a unique ability to bundle complete abatement, structural demolition, and earthwork services. With licenses in 35 states, we can service facilities nationally.
“ESA is a very reliable and trustworthy company and EMR, Inc. is pleased to be associated with them. Over the last 18 years, ESA has demonstrated full consciousness of honesty and integrity while preforming work for EMR.”
Richard Cook, EMR, Inc.
ESA is the leader in Contaminated Soil Remediation. Over the past few years, ESA has removed millions of yards of asbestos, petroleum, lead and coal ash impacted soil. As regulations have become more stringent, environmental and demolition projects often have a soil cleanup component. In our effort to offer turnkey services to our clients, soil remediation has become one of ESA’s central offerings. Clients prefer our unique ability to deliver all of their environmental and demolition solutions under one umbrella.
“We have worked with other contractors in the past and none of them have completed a job as professionaly and efficiently as ESA.”
Leann Weiss, Frenchman Valley Farmer’s COOP
ESA’s water remediation services include pumping, fracking, hauling, and disposal of contaminated water. We have the ability to dewater, pump, and treat contaminated materials on site.
“ESA’s team has not only shown an ability to be cost competitive, they have safely performed large-scale demolition, abatement and remediation, often with an aggressive schedule.”
Gregory A. Holt, City & County of Denver
ESA performs ultra-high pressure hydro-blasting, or “SpinJet,” coating removal using an emission-free system that leaves a clean, dry surface. Our self-contained Vac-loader unit removes debris completely with up to 40,000 psi — and the only waste it generates is the removed coating and residual filtered water that can safely be disposed of. Hydro-blasting can be used on all coatings, including those containing lead, asbestos and other hazardous materials.
“ESA is considered by this division to be one of the premier asbestos abatement contractors in this area.”
Shelly R. Bengston, Omaha Public Schools
Catastrophic Clean Up & Debris Removal
ESA has significant experience with large-scale clean-up and debris removal following catastrophic events such as hurricanes, train derailments, floods, tornadoes, and chemical plant explosions. We deploy quickly and professionally to help clients respond to the challenges of a disaster with a well-designed and carefully implemented response plan.
“ESA has always been responsive whether responding to a large multi-million dollar project requiring asbestos abatement and building demolition or a cost estimate only requiring a few hours.”
Michael P. Riendeau, Casey Resources, Inc.
