Mike Mitchell - President
Mike has worked in the Construction, Demolition, and Abatement industries for over forty years. Mike is a business leader who has ownership in multiple firms, including safety training, abatement, demolition, and site work. Since the early eighties when asbestos abatement became a regulated industry, Mike has been involved in some of the most significant projects throughout the United States. He is actively involved in every aspect of ESA's business, from management to estimating.
 
 
  
William Engel- Project Manager/ Estimator
Bill has been affiliated with ESA, Inc. for more than 25 years. He has been in the abatement industry for over five years. He is instrumental on all Midwest projects ESA undertakes. He takes a "hands on" approach to his work, visiting most job sites on a daily basis.
 
  
Ron Bruck - Senior Project Manager
Ron has been in the abatement industry for over 21 years and holds credentials as Asbestos, Lead & Mold Supervisor. At ESA, he is a Senior Project Manager and Estimator, overseeing the the Omaha office, and working throughout Nebraska, Iowa & South Dakota. His broad experience encompasses projects of all sizes, in numerous states and in a variety of conditions.
 
  
David Johnson- Safety Director
Dave specializes in developing, implement, and overseeing ESA's Safety Program. Dave also conducts training for all EPA, AHERA, HUD, State, and OSHA courses for company employees. Dave investigates and manages any work related accidents involving personal injury or property damage.
