The ESA Family of Companies is comprised of ESA, Inc., Earth Services & Abatement, Inc., and Midwest Training Institute. For 30 years, ESA has been the leading Environmental Remediation and Demolition firm in the Rocky Mountain and Midwest Regions. ESA is distinguished from the rest of our industry as being a turnkey operation, offering a full range of services including Asbestos Abatement, Water and Soil Remediation, Structural Demolition, Water Blasting and Coal Ash clean up. In addition, Midwest Training Institute is the leading environmental and safety training firm in the region.

ESA is a turnkey operation, providing full range of environmental solutions to some of the country's largest companies. Maintaining licenses and certifications in most US states, we have the capacity to take on projects from the local level to those national in scope. Rather than hiring multiple firms, most of our clients prefer to keep costs down and save time by allowing our well-trained team to handle their various needs nationwide. ESA is well-positioned to handle projects of any size, with over 30 years of experience in handling asbestos, contaminated soil & water, underground storage tank (UST) removal, lead & other hazardous materials and demolition services.
Founded as a family-owned Midwest-based asbestos abatement business in 1982, ESA has grown into one of the most highly regarded environmental remediation and demolition firms in the US. ESA has a national presence performing work in over 30 states and has successfully completed more than 7,000 projects including projects ranging in size from $5,000 to over $20 million.

In 2012, ESA ranked in the top 20 firms in Asbestos Abatement, and in the top 600 of Specialty Contractors in the United States by Engineering News Record. ESA is committed to successfully delivering every project we undertake. This commitment starts with our leadership and flows down through our skilled labor work force. The owners of ESA are hands-on active participants in every aspect of our projects, from bidding through contract closeout. This approach has led to ESA being recognized as one of the safest, most accomplished, respected, and reliable firms in our industry.

Currently ESA is providing demolition, abatement, and soil and water remediation services on the single largest contaminated soils cleanup project in Colorado history, the Eagle P3 rail corridor, which includes 43 miles of rail corridor that will connect Denver to DIA. It is anticipated that ESA will excavate as many as 70 areas along the corridor, which is along heavy industrial areas. As part of this project, as many as 80 structures are scheduled for abatement and demolition prior to construction.
